    Blankenship...

Would have liked to see him get some carries last night. My gut feeling on A-Rob is that he'll play less next week than he did against KSU. I could see him being in shape for A&M (especially as that game is going to be perfect weather from a temperature standpoint), but definitely not ready to go much against the 'Skers. Schwartz has done ok, but I don't see him being able to go all game. Gotta build the depth, and the way coaches and players have been talking about Beau being the fastest RB after A-Rob, it would have been good to get him warmed up when he likely has to help shoulder the load next week. Not complaining by any stretch, but it would have been nice.

Was he dressed last night? On the call in show after the game, they were saying how he might be a little dinged up.

Actually, they were saying that they didn't even see him anywhere. That's a bigger vanishing act than Bo.

    Paul Rhoads' players never quit.
    (They just disappear offseason)

Don't like that. We need to develop the depth at this position. Wouldn't mind seeing Tiller and Arnaud out there at the same time too, as both were very effective running last night.

He wasn't even there at all? We need some more options at RB, especially if Robinson is on the shelf for any period of time at all.

    Re: Blankenship...

Bo looked to be following the coaches all the side lines as soon as arob got hurt. Don't understand why he doesn't get a series last night, have to prepare for arob being out next week and now they have 1 running back that has experience.

    Re: Blankenship...

As others have said as soon as ARob went down Bo jumped on the bike to warm up and was standing with the coaches while jeramiah was in the game. I did not see Beau on the sidelines.

I defineately want more information on Beau, we need him, I see him and Arob having the closest running styles, with Beau adding a little more power....

    Re: Blankenship...

Wasn't Blankenship i on the 3rd and 1 play where we lined up in the "wildcat" formation? If he is #27, then he was definitely in the backfield with Robinson. If he's not #27, then who the hell is #27?

I'm guessing he was sick. Most likely reason he wasn't there.

    Re: Blankenship...

i thought i saw him in pregame warm ups taking passes, did not look 100%. Seemed to be limping, might not have been him though. Names on the Jerseys are small.

well i hope either bo will step in next game and produce. schwartz is slooooow. he is a good short yardage back but cannot provide the speed to hit open holes in the stretch block scheme we use.

I think Schwartz is the type of back that does better when given the ball consistently or as a change of pace.

    Re: Blankenship...

hes not someone the other team needs to worry about from a defensive standpoint, cant seem to really "make anyone miss". breaking off 3 and 4 yards at a time is good but we need him to break the open plays for +50 yards rather then 20-25 before getting run down. on a team with lesser quality talent in areas, we need to have those big plays that can put points up quik and change the momentum. to long runs can change the scope of a game in a hurry.
