One thing that hasn't been talked about much, due to the addition of some great newcomers, is Justin Hamilton's development.

I'm awfully high on this guy. He had a great freshman season, considering how much organized ball he'd played up to that point.

Word is that he's been working hard on defense and his jumper, and is a solid big body right now.

I can't believe we're picked to finish 8th in the conference, even though that's fine by me. Play the underdog role. I will admit though, that the conference is going to be tough this year. I think we can finish ahead of K-State, A$M and Mizzou for a 5th place finish.

I hope his "solid big body" doesn't get posterized by willie warren again this year. I still don't know how that happens to someone who is 6'11".

5th was my pick too. I really think that is going to happen.

Along with 2 wins in the B12 Tourney (a 5th place finish pits us on that Thursday game with the 12 seed-win, then we win our second round game for a nice little run and recognition IF we were on the bubble at that point)....about a 23-8 record....we would be in as a "7 seed" in the Big Dance. That is my call.

Just put a leather strap between your teeth, then walk it off.

    Wimp.

My avatar is cool because it's not actually moving...it's changing from a positive to negative rapidly, giving it the effect of movement.

Even Yao gets posterized at times.

That dunk was freaking amazing though. Had to stand up and cheer for the little guy after that one.

He dunked over that dude in the Texas game, so his net posterizing effect is zero.
