new mexico football coach punhes an assisstant!!

couldnt find a link but funny story. apparently unm new head coach locksley punched out one of his assisstant coaches who is no longer with the team. cant seem to find out any details, but there are rumors here in albuquerque that this took place in a strip club haha!! as for the lobos, they are 0-6 under the new coach! i dont know why anyone would want to coach down here, the fans do not get bhind the lobos at all. the attendance is horrible!! even the student body (who get free tickets to games) do not show up to the games!! i guess they are more interested in the basketball program. i follow lobo football since i live down here, but they are awful!!!

Seems to be going around. Isn't this the second incident this season?

On the same note; did anybody see Michigan coach Rodriguez getting hot and bothered in the face of players and assistants during the Iowa game? It was kind of embarrassing - almost Eustachy like - the way he was blowing a gasket.

Ya, I dunno what to make of that. Sometimes it looked like he was tearing into them and sometimes it looked like he was yelling just so they could hear. At the end of the game Tate seemed to be upbeat and he was really trying to help Denard as he was going in. That was right before he tried to sneak in. I don't know, I didn't like how RichRod looked, but who knows what he actually said. The only lip reading I did all he said was "Come on Tate." Who knows, maybe that's how he coaches. He has been successful in the past. I don't have a problem with yelling as long as it isn't degrading to the players.

I totally agree; you can teach, coach and yell at the same time without being personally degrading.
