    My Power Rankings

Not that NFL rankings mean anything, but here is how I see them today. I'll try to update here and there. Basically, I've come to the conclusion that there are a lot of bad teams this year.

1 Indianapolis (5-0) - Haven't missed a beat with the coaching change. Manning is superb so far.
2 Minnesota (5-0) - If its not AP lighting it up, its' Favre or Jared Allen
3 New York Giants (5-0) - Eli doesn't even have to play a half to roll over the Raiders
    4 New Orleans (4-0)
5 Denver (5-0) - Becomming a believer of this team
6 Philly (3-1) - Very talented young WR corp
    7 Atlanta (3-1)
8 Cincinnati (4-1) - A healthy Palmer and motivated Ochocino have turned this team around.
    9 Baltimore (3-2)
10 Pittsburg (3-2) - Struggled with Detroit longer than expected
11 New England (3-2) - Brady/Moss connection is just a step off at this point.
    12 Chicago (3-1)
13 New York Jets (3-1) - Could be biggest pretender with 1 loss.
    14 San Francisco (3-2) - Yesterday's blowout was a head scratcher.
15 Green Bay (2-2) - Offensive line is atrocious. Need to find Jennings to find wins.
    16 San Diego (2-2)
17 Dallas (3-2) - Having to beat KC in overtime is not a good thing.
    18 Arizona (2-2)
    19 Seattle (2-3)
20 Houston (2-3) - Fun team to watch, but playoff contender?
21 Jacksonville (2-3) - Probably too generous a ranking, but there are a lot of BAD teams.
    22 Washington (2-3)
    23 Miami (1-3)
24 Tennessee (0-5) - Best team without a loss ever? Or are we just living on last year's laurels.
    25 Carolina (1-3)
26 Kansas City (0-5) - Showing signs of life.
    27 Cleveland (1-4)
28 Detroit (1-4) - Can't play 2 1/2 quarters and expect to win. But getting better.
    29 Oakland (1-4)
30 Buffalo (1-4) - How do you lose to a team that's starting QB completed 2 passes?
31 Tampa Bay (0-5) - Looking like Gruden should thank the Bucs for letting him go.
32 Saint Louis (0-5) - Moved the ball decent against the Vikes, but only 4 TDs all year.

Here are mine. I still don't think the Vikings have put together a full game except for the Packer game. I think the Ravens are a really really good football team who have thrown away games the last 2 weeks.

Agreed. I think Baltimore can still be a superbowl team.

    Re: My Power Rankings

I'm a Chiefs fan and even I would have a hard time putting them as high as that. They probably belong at 30 or even 31 considering Oakland's lone win is against them.

    Re: My Power Rankings

Personally although I am a Rams fan I gotta say that Oakland should be 30 or 31 because even though the Rams have the worst record I just think they have a determination, Steven Jackson tries his hardest, we don't have a set QB (let alone a good one...) but every time I see the Raiders I just get a feeling like they really aren't trying. They give up cuz they don't wanna play for Al Davis. Cable is a loose cannon where as Spags is on the right track for a rebuilding team. Rams almost beat the 'Skins but they fumbled in the redzone which we do alot!!!! Where Oakland just beat out the Chiefs. Just my opinion. We moved the ball well against the Vikes, with a mediocre line and a bad WR core. Oakland has 3 completely different running backs. JaMarcus Russel is the next Ryan Leaf. I just see the Rams having a little life where the Raiders well......don't

    Re: My Power Rankings

Rams are easily the worst, but Cleveland and Oakland are knocking, and KC is gearing for a title run for bottom of the pile.

Trying hard doesn't mean you're any better.

Oakland is bad, but not as bad as a couple other teams.

KC almost beat Dallas, who isn't great, but none of the other bottom teams could beat Dallas.
