    Running game stats

A-Rob now has 652 yards rushing on the season. Thats good enough for 10th in the country and 1st in the Big XII.

Overall we are averaging 209 rushing yards per game. We are 14th in the country and 1st in the Big XII. I never would have thought the rushing game would be this damn good right now.

Props to the O-line right now as well, they are playing great.

Props to Bill Bliel, too. He's doing a nice job, it looks like.

That run game is just crazy. It's nice to see.

What do ARob's stats look like if he's healthy? Heisman next year?

Arob would have another 100 yards had he been able to finish out the KSU game too.

At least that. If he was healthy he would have had another 50 yards on the play he pulled up on.

It is so nice to see a rushing attack again at Iowa State. Somebody may need to bring back out the Davis-Meter that was used for Troy back in the day for next year!

Yeah... too bad he wasn't healthy during the KSU game... then it'd be top 5 in country...

    Re: Running game stats

He wasn't healthy against KU either.

You could see it when he tried to make a cut. Normally he'd take off after planting his foot to one side or the other, but it just wasn't there.

ARbob is showing the kind of heart that should be rewarded with a full stadium every saturday if nothing else than to just see him. Warrior is the first word that comes to mind.

+1. That's what I was thinking yesterday. He's got the kind of hustle and heart that inspires teammates.

Good point... watching late in the game yesterday, AA kept the ball and ran to the left. AROB was not even near the play or where it was going but ran straight through the O-line to put a hit on someone that was no where near to making a play. He could of laid off the play, but didn't. Great kid and player!
