    Nebraska Wins

Colorado continued its road woes - Nebraska locks up the 4 seed. Regardless of the outcome of Thursday's game against TTU, ISU starts the tourney against KU and 24 hours later plays Nebraska. The next day, absent upset, they play A&M in the semi-finals. A tough road - after being mugged by KU and pressed by NU, can there be enough gas in the tank to beat A&M again? The starters will have to put KU away early and the bench will have to step up for some big minutes. At least now the coaches know what to plan for.

But, first things first. A good NCAA seed would start with, though not be dependent upon, a W at TTU.

The women have it going on right now. I would have liked to have seen us slide up another seed, but hey I still think they can make a run for it. The road looks tough but hey IT'S DIVISION 1, IT'S THE BIG12!

KU isn't locked into the 12 just yet. If Oklahoma State wins at Kansas State (very possible), and KU wins at Missouri (not out of the question), then KU is the 11 and KSU is the 12 based on divisional record.

    Re: Nebraska Wins

Right, Shadow, I'd seen KU at the bottom so long I had just assumed they were stuck there. I agree that OSU is the likely winner over KSU, though KSU has the tools to upset. MU should win at home, but, anything is possible. In any event, we ought to beat either Kansas school in the tournament. I don't know if it matters much which one we play.
