    Well done Rhoads and Burnham

They have done a marvelous job with this defense so far. Sure, they gave up a little at the end of the Iowa game, but other than that, they have been much better than expected. The continuous improvement in tackling was evident tonight, and also being smart enough to use what you have instead of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole like the previous staff did.

I was curious with the nickel defense against the option, but it ended up working great... Great job by Rosey Magget in his first extended action too.

It looks like they are finding the players that fit what they want to do and getting them in the right places to make plays. It was nice to not have Sim, Smith and Smith make all the tackles tonight. LJ what a stud he is going to be.
