    Parker

Any updates on Parkers injury would be appreciated.

We cant afford to lose him for the season.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers.

Based on how he left the field, he is probably done.

Got injured; I believe he was helped to the sideline and after being looked at, he was carted to the locker room. Bruns said they were looking at his left knee on the sideline.

He got cut pursuing a play and injured a knee. Could not put any weight on it leaving the field. Was removed to the locker room almost immediately.

    Re: Parker

I find it unlikely that he'll be back based on how he went off the field...From the eye test I would say 4 games at best...

But I thought Magit played very well and would be hopeful that he and Neal can fill the spot.

    Re: Parker

Hopefully he's not done. Always rough to see a guy go down, but it's even worse when it's a senior. Not the way you want to go out.

    Re: Parker

My guess = ACL and done for the season. Too bad for him.

I loved Parker ever since the Toledo game where he had two sacks to save the game for ISU. Undersized and big hearted, loved his motor.

I don't think the dropoff is that much to between him and Maggitt.

    Get well RP!

    Re: Parker

Knew it wasn't good when he got carted off like that. Also the way he 'walked' off the field. Hopefully it won't make much of a difference, but I still love the kid for the way he played at times.
