    Player Refused to Score TD

ArkansasVarsity.com - Ark. player ends game with noble gesture

Just wonder about this guy. Looks like he made a mistake in the past and big schools ran away from him, but now he's rehabilitating his name. Considering UF, Arkansas, etc were interested in him (granted, it was according to him), do you think our coaches might be interested in taking a look at him ?

Re: Player Refused to Score TD

Not only is a classy move not running up the score..... it's pretty smart football.

Given - the chances of the other team winning are probably just over zero. But they can't score if they don't have the ball either.

I think Westbrook from the Eagles did something not dissimilar a year or so ago.

Now that I'm reading a bit further - that's not what this is about...... that's a sad story. Good for the Morgan kid. There was a similar story a few months back about a bball team in Milwaukee I think, that somebody posted here. Nice to read these types of things about kids.

Not sure who is looking at him but it sounds great that a young man is working on turning thing around - and more importantly has turned things around. Great story.
