Will this make ESPN 360a available to all?

FCC’s Net Neutrality Push to Boldly Go Where Congress Has Failed Thrice Before
If the FCC gets their way with Net Neutrality, will everyone get ESPN360?

Anyone, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I think these are two different issues. From what I've been able to gather, the FCC's 'net neutrality' concerns are about prioritizing of network information. For example, a given ISP (Qwest, for instance) might make it so that certain types of internet use (file-sharing, for example) is given a low-priority.

The issue with ESPN 360 is really one of licensing, I think. A user on Cox, for example, can't get ESPN 360 because Cox isn't paying for their users to be able to access ESPN 360.

If ESPN was smart, they would just offer ESPN 360 over the computer in a subscription package - like CloneZone.

Net neutrality has nothing to do with this.

This. If an ISP wants to offer ESPN360 free to their subscribers, that's great. If not, give those other customers whose ISPs won't offer it a chance to subscribe.

Ummmm...you really think ESPN did not think of that. They make more money this way, that's why they do it this way.

Think about all the people like myself they could sucker into spending $100. Maybe they should work it out so that all those that don't get it with their Internet provider (which is a very large number), can buy a subscription.

Right now ISPs that provide ESPN360 pay espn a monthly fee of something like 79 cents per customer. Whether you are interested in ESPN360 or not, your ISP pays ESPN if you are with Verizon, AT&T or one of the other ones.
If you make it a customer based pay service, most people would simply buy a one month subscription for the one month when they acually use the service. I doubt any of us would pay a $100 annual fee to watch the one ISU game on 360 all year.

No, this has nothing to with with ESPN360. That is content. Net neutrality just means ISP's cannot re prioritize traffic based on who is paying more.

I wouldn't pay $100 just to watch ISU play once, I would also watch other games (of course I don't have satellite or cable which is probably the exception). My point is that there are allot of ISP's that don't have 360. I've had four different ISPs and none of them have had it.
