    Fred Hoiberg mention!!!

Dave K, Minneapolis: Why is the Minnesota Timberwolves Front Office so colossally inept? Please tell me they do something about our roster today!

Chad Ford: (12:35 PM ET ) If they don't move Kevin Garnett to the Bulls by 3 p.m., They'll never get anything great in return for him and the team will never get out of the first round of the NBA playoffs. That's about all I can say about the Wolves roster today. Kevin McHale is about to hand Fred Hoiberg the keys to the Titanic in Minnesota.

    Re: Fred Hoiberg mention!!!

I don't know if i'd want to be mentioned like that but atleast it's a name mention. I hope he turns them back around. They were almost in the finals a couple years back.

    Re: Fred Hoiberg mention!!!

That is awesome, I hope that he is given the opportunity for the job. McHale has done such an awful job with what could have been an extremely good team the last couple years. He has completely screwed that franchise up. I think Hoiberg would do excellent wherever he is and whatever he is doing. He's a class act!

Of course he's a class act. Wasn't he the mayor or something like that?

    Re: Fred Hoiberg mention!!!

kudos and all to Fred, but do you see the "titanic" referance in the quote? this could turn out to be a Tim Flyod situation with no-good way out while the team rebuilds in the post-Garnett era. I think KEEPING Granett is the only way they have a chance.

    The Timberwolves need Ivan Chiriaev.

Yeah well, ya know, that's just, like uh, your opinion, man.
