Offer: Guaranteed season parking for ISU football

    Hello,

I have a home just off of Beach, dead west of the stadium. In the past, we've sold parking spots on a first come basis for each game. This season, I'm offering guaranteed spots for the season for $150. My driveway is approximately four minutes on foot to either the south or west gates at Jack Trice. You would be free to arrive any time on the day of the game and would not have to hassle or camp out to get a spot (like in the paylots). You would also be free to leave at your leisure after the game without the hassle of battling the post-game crowd. Given that parking in the Jack Trice/ISU center lots requires a minimum "donation" of $500 for season parking, I'm sure you'd agree that this is a bargain. I have already sold a number of spots, but still have a few left. They will go fast, so if you are interested, please PM me with your email address and I'll contact you with more details.

    Go Cyclones!

    Andy

Wow did the price of land skyrocket within the last week? U were selling season spots for $95 and now they are $150? I'm all for free market but why the sudden increase for your fellow cyclones?

No kidding. It's getting a little crazy with the pricing.

If I end up waiting in the other lots, I can just listen to the postgame on the radio. It isn't that big an inconvenience.

    Using the airline pricing model.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. ~ George Carlin

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life:
The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves Orcs. ~ John Rogers

Man I gave this guy my credit card number, mother's maiden name, bank routing information and I have not heard back from him yet.

    Should I be worried?

It's like the eastsiders whoring out their yards for the state fair, lol.

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

As long as you didn't give him the SS #, you should be good.

If you gave anyone all that information, then yes, you should be worried.

Oh, and as a free market guy, I'm always willing to entertain offers. I can always squeeze someone into my backyard.

That's kind of a crappy thing to say/do to fellow Iowa Staters. But, to each their own, I guess.

As far as depth goes though, the combination of White, Woodbury, Olaseni, Basabe, and Uthoff is much better than Niang, Ejim, Edozie, Gibson. Not because of the top 2, but because of the next 2 or 3. -DeanVogs
