On trial for ..... arguing? Yelling?

This is the first I've heard of this, and the article doesn't offer much. But this County Supervisor is on trial for arguing in a courthouse with a jailhouse administrator?

Anyone clue me in on what I may be missing that would warrant a trial?

My guess----- disorderly conduct/ disturbing the peace/ and possible verbal assault all misdemenour....BUT if he contests it it can be taken to trial. I believe he contested it and wanted a trial by jury....just more stuff for us taxpayers to pay
