    ESPN.com is doing an "inside the numbers" article series where they pick the best player to every wear that number. Troy was named an honorable mention with the best #28 going to Warrick Dunn. I may be a little biased, but I think he should have been the top 28

    Idk, when they do these "best" and "greatest" to blah blah, you really have to notice all sports. Also have to look back, way back in sports history. Not to leave anyone out.
