    Paypal help

Anyone ever sell things using paypal? I'm not using ebay. I'm just using general classifieds where I would need to ship the goods to the buyer. With Paypal, though, it seems most protections are in favor of the buyer. How do I know the buyer won't say "I didn't recieve the goods" and then Paypal retracts the payment? Are there any best practices from someone with Paypal experience? Insure the shipment? Tracking number? Signature required on delivery?

    Any help is appreciated.

I agree... but here's some more info. I hope it helps.
