"Get hurt" and a mysterious illness are hardly the same thing. Sounds almost like Milan Moses' situation.

Milan Moses had crohn's disease I believe. Really affected his ability to get on the field and make plays. Too bad too, because he had a lot of talent and could have been quite the receiver to compliment Blythe, Flynn, etc. I don't think he would have ever panned out as well as his brother did, but the talent was definitely there.

No idea what's going on with Jake. I had high hopes for him. He was a beast in HS and could not be blocked. I certainly hope he recovers from his illness and can get back into playing shape.

You're right, except for the fact that Milan Moses was from Waterloo. I believe he's referring to Jason Scales, who was a highly touted recruit and ended up being injured for a majority of his career in a Cyclone uniform.

Nobody mentioned where Moses was from.

I thought he was talking about kids from Valley who ended up injured, and then Milan Moses was brought up. My bad if I interpreted it wrongly.

Edit: And I didn't read Aclone's post thoroughly enough. Whoops...

Hey, no biggie. You confused me for a second but it hardly matters.
