    my playoff system

    First I take the 120 FBS teams and make 15 8-team conferences. The winner of each division makes it to the playoffs. At the end of the regular season, the BCS decides on who the two best teams that didn't win their conference were. Those two teams play and the winner becomes the 16th or "at large seed"
