One stat that I would like to see is amount of time from the snap of the ball until the ball is thrown by the QB. The few times that I counted this out while watching ISU games last year it seemed like Arnaud had <3 seconds to throw the ball and our opponents had >5. Hope that gets better this year.
Didn't Herman say he doesn't want the QB's holding the ball more than three seconds?
The question is, however, is that because the play was designed that way or if because the QB had to throw it. I know that the KU/MU QB's were able to sit in the pocket for 4+ seconds regularly last year.
