It was really good, being from there brought back a lot of memories. Those families are amazing, hope all goes well this season and for the kids at the new school. Ed would have wanted everyone to keep going.
It was a moving piece. The only part I didn't really care for was how they kind of pointed out the younger brother of the shooter.
It was nice to know that the team and Ed's sons in particular are rallying around the young man - but the way they did it with the highlighting and stuff - just kinda rubbed me wrong. Don't really know why. I suppose on the one hand, it's good to see the character of all these people come though. But the other part of me says this kid did nothing wrong - why even point it out?
I never heard about the other teams players lining the road during the funeral procession. That was a tear-jerker.
FYI - the final story of the show about the youngster and the Yankees was very moving as well.
