    kids at the Jack

What's the rules on kids (<1yr) at the stadium? I'm assuming theres an age break where I don't need a ticket?

Also, anyone with young ones ever tried to take in a game (or part of one maybe) when they were little?

The age break is very young, if at all. Maybe 2 years and younger, but I'm not sure on that. I would suggest doing lawn seats so they can move around. It was tough even at 3-5 years of age keeping them sitting and involved in the game. If you do go at that age, bring snacks and plan on walking around quite a bit.

    Re: kids at the Jack

In the past the rule was, if you are alive you need a ticket. Not sure what it is now.

My kids have been going to football and basketball games since they were infants (now 12 and 8). Because of that I have a much more enjoyable time now then my friends with similar aged kids who never took them.

Can be some rough times when they are little but if you bring the right toys (action figures, cars, when they got older the Game Boy) they do alright. Worst was when we played Texas several years ago and my son was in the middle of potty training. I think we made 10 trips to the bathroom, maybe more. Luckily we sat on the aisle.

    Good luck!

I believe two years and older need to have a ticket.

Under three years old are free...

"All customers, above the age of two years old, require a ticket for admission to Iowa State athletics events."

Per: Ticket Policies - Iowa State University Athletics Official Web Site - www.CYCLONES.com - The home of Iowa State Cyclone Sports

Get a sitter an enjoy yourself. Leave the infant at home.
