    For all you "Money" critics

It's sounding more and more like Money Reynolds may be the best pickup of the recruiting year for Iowa State. A lot of people had their fun with him, but this guy is the real deal. For a team that needs playmakers, this guy can take it to the bank anytime he has his hands on the ball, and will run back kickoffs and play a lot of positions on offense. I'm really looking forward to seeing him in 15 days! Bring on the Money!

I am with you on this. I think this guy is one of those guys that not only loves the hype he gets but actually wants to prove that he is more then worthy of it. I think he can and I think he will. I feel sorry for the NDSU defenders that are going to have to try and cover him during his coming out party. Ouch.

It sounds like Lenz has been pretty impressive so far as well.

Poked fun at the player? No.

Got annoyed with the dog-n-pony show that took place here regarding him and the continued pimping of his abilities? Certainly.

I hope he can be a key contributor, would be good for everyone.

I agree. I hope some of the LB recruits can step in and make a big impact out of the gate. Our front 4 is a concern but only if we don't have LB's behind them that can make plays. If our LB's can be effective I think it begins to negate our weakness up front on the D-line.

    Amen to that!

I could not for the life of me understand why anyone was putting Money down before even seeing how he would perform on the field? It didn't make any sense to me at all.

As his brother has said, and who are we to doubt him, the past is the past and Money has his eyes completely set on the future and his love for football. Why wouldn't we all wish him only the best as Cyclone fans?

With that being said, however, let's also not annoint him as this year's Heisman Trophy winner or anything like that either. Many on here, and most in the media, were doing that with Bo Williams before anyone saw what he could do on the football field. I'm sure Bo Williams and Money will both be solid contributors for ISU football, but don't put the entire weight of the world on their shoulders either.

Let's just all hope everyone on the team succeeds to the best of their abilities.... how's that sound?

I hope he has a great year! Didn't he have a chance to bail, but stuck by his commitment to ISU?

I am a huge fan of players who want to be Cyclones, and get what it means to be one.

Yeah that... This is why I do not read scouting and recruit news. Lets see how they actually play.
