    A.M. or P.M. runners?

    With a day finally in the 90's and another on the way, I decided to take yesterday off and run 3 miles early this morning. I usually run after work as a stress reducer,but really enjoyed the run at 5 this a.m. So are you a a.m. runner or p.m.?

    I ran last night, normally a morning runner. I like the mornings much better, especially when it was that hot. I am also able to spend more time with the kids as they are sleeping still in the early morning.

    Right after work(PM). I like to run when it's hot. The more you sweat, the more calories you burn and the more crap leaves your body.

    I like to run in the morning, simply because I think I do better on a completely empty stomach.

    Right after work on weekdays and late afternoons on weekends. Run outside all year.

    Much prefer running after work--prefer running when it's hot, and I'm sort of stretched out from walking around at work. Have to stretch twice as long in the morning. That said, I am also on my way out now. If you can go early enough, the quiet is nice.

    5:30 AM during the week while the family is sleeping. Weekends whenever time allows but I prefer mid afternoon on weekends when it is the hottest.

    Since I'm at work by 6am and I sweat for at least 1/2 hour after running, I run at night. I would have to run at like 4am if I wanted to do it in the morning.

    I go both ways. In the morning, more interesting things happen, imo. Wild critters are running about and you see some of the most unusual things

    But like yesterday afternoon, I like to run in the heat, just to see if I can do it.
