    Do you believe in?

so I'm asking around the office and I have actually identified people that believe the moon landing was fake. I'd like to know what else people believe in.

If someone says they believe in psychics like Sylvia Browne, James VanPraagh, or John Edward, I'm gonna snap.

I should have written that as "that 911 was a conspiricy" ... to include anyone that thinks it was somehow our own government or something else.

I don't know about them. I always make sure they are a member of AAPP before I see one. For the non-believers, that is the American Association of Professional Psychics (Psychic Readings | Certified Psychics | Phone Psychics | Psychic Chat). They go through a rigorous certification process. Never trust a non-certified psychic.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. ~ George Carlin

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life:
The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves Orcs. ~ John Rogers

That was going to be my clarification, but knew what you meant...then again, I am sure those people would consider "fake" analogous.

    Re: Do you believe in?

911 was as real as they come.

Bigfoot, Im not necessarily a believer, but there are a ton of species out there we havent found yet. If it existed, I hope we never find it, because it would be so rare, we would make it extinct in no time.

    Ghosts? Nah.

Aliens. Sure are possible, but I dont think theyve been here. UFO crash sightings and such make me laugh. Aliens have the supreme technology to get here from light years away but manage to crash like they dont know how to drive.

Psychics- True psychics no, but I do beleive some people have an intense perception for things before the event happens. Heightened sense I would say, much like a dog can sense danger.

    Re: Do you believe in?

    Ghosts and Bigfoot.

Not ghosts as in Casper per se, but definitely paranormal phenomena associated with spirits not at rest.

Bigfoot is not necessarily a serious answer, but I don't doubt that there are a variety of specimens out there that science has yet to catalog.
