    WWE Raw at Wells Fargo

Anyone else willing to admit they went to the WWE event at Wells Fargo on Friday night? My son is a huge wrestling fan and we went. I have to give them credit, it was a 3 hour show and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

I wish I could have gone, but I was working late. Driving home, it looked like they had a full house; all the lots at Vets looked full.

    Was it a good card?

I don't go to house shows but if its a televised show I'll usually go.

I'll admit that I read someone's review of the show. I would've had a blast with the Kofi Kingston match!

I've always just wanted to get bombed and go to one of those and really "get into it", but I just don't have the time or money...well I have the time... to do stuff like that.

I haven't followed wrestling since I was about 12-13 anyway. I just miss the NWO & Wolfpack.

It was decently full. They only had curtains up covering the very top level. Lots of pretty big names...Triple H, Randy Orton, Cena, MVP, Kofi Kingston, etc. (yes I know all of their names). Again, I give them credit for doing three hours with only a very short intermission.

It is also a very interesting mix of spectators. I sat in front of a guy who had to give the whole section the history of wrestling and it was all real to him. But, he had a great time.

And at the same time, it sounds like TNA has sold 2000 tickets to their big Slammiversary show on Sunday.

Yes, I'm a dork, but I've known it for a long time, accepted it, and embraced it.

Cena was at Wrigley today; thats pretty quick turnaround. Good to see that they're at least using the big names for house shows.

I will admit it, I went. But only because I had free tickets in a suite. However I was kind of bored out of my mind and left before Triple H and Orton came out. and I didn't know this was a " house show", fyi I haven't watched wrestling in like 10 years so..

That would be a non-televised event.

House shows are just wrestling shows that aren't taped for TV.
