    Kionna Kellogg offered

A poster on CR says ISU offered Kellogg a scholarship this past week, and she will take the summer to decide. I hope she comes to ISU. I have been impressed from the articles I have read on the Ames Tribune website, plus Legend's report on her play at camp. She would be a pretty atheltic 4. Any thoughts on the senior-to-be?

Wow...kind of a blow. Not to make a big deal out of this, but it seems there are few in-state kids that only want to play for ISU.

Im just glad I have Homan as my bodyguard, Eustachy joked. If I ever make it real big and get to drive a limo everyday, hell be driving it. I thought he came off the bench like somebody was stealing his cow or something.

I think you are wrong, and if you had seen her play against Anna Prins at the Elite Camp I think you would have a different answer.

Don't agree at all. I think she's better than Prins. I was at part of the Elite Camp also.

Kionna may have played with a little more intensity than Anna, who spent the prior two months concentrating on academics and graduation activities and less on playing intense BB. And, she was already a cyclone with nothing to prove.

There are lots of factors involved in where to play. Who is already there at your position is a big one. Maybe she just wanted to leave town.. there could be a lot of reasons or as few as one... I do not know anything about her.

If Fennelly was interested enough to offer, than I hope she changes her mind.

Better to be a Cyclone, than to wish you were.

I just think this is a significant surprise as she is a hometown player, and much more talented than Nesbitt, her teammate. But I agree, we don't know the factors behind her decision to play for Minn.

They made an official visit to U of M last week and decided shortly after. Her mom/dad (works for ISU) were pretty excited for her decision. Good luck to her.
