    Are there any other guys

that can sit at home and watch 24 hours of the Deadliest Catch. Something about this show eye can't stop watching when it comes on the t.v. It's the same thing over and over. Yet I still am glued. My wife hated it but she is starting to warm up to it. I think she even secretly likes it and won't tell me.

I hate to say it but I'm with you there. I can't explain it either. They argue, drop pots, pull up pots, argue, cheer if they catch, and repeat...... but yet I'm glued to it!

Re: Are there any other guys

Love that show. Easily my favorite on tv.

But it's getting a bit old. I'm not one for all the contrived fighting and drama. And this season in particular is especially bad.

It's also getting a little old watching a bunch of grown men ham it up for tv cameras and act like jr highers. Sometimes I wonder who has the higher IQ, the crew of the Time Bandit, or the crab on the table.

Same thing happened on American Chopper - loved that show for the longest time. But then it became more about the (pre-planned) fights and rants, and less about the bikes, designs and processes.

More tv brought down to the lowest common denominator.

My wife and I watch it every week!

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

If it worked for pro wraslin', it can work anywhere. When there is a reality show set in a McD's, they will have hit rock bottom. This will happen in 10-12 years.

Third! Rowe is hillarious. My wife can't stand the show - too squeemish (??)

But she'll routinely come down to our tv room and find my crying from laughing so hard.

I think my all time favorite is his first trip to the alligator farm.
