    There was an old episode of COPS where the police sent letters to people with outstanding warrants telling them they'd won a free car/motorcycle/trip. When the people showed up, they had to show their ID to "claim" their prize and then the cops would storm out from behind a curtain and arrest them.

    Entrapment actually only means that the Police are ALSO engaging in illegal activities to ENTICE others to break the law. Lying to criminals is actually very legal.

    I'm not sure why. These two had their chance to play for the U of I and they blew it. If they were still on the team I'd be concerned, but they aren't so I don't know why Hawk fans would be upset over this.
