    Wireless Media Center Extenders

I've been doing a lot of research to add one of these to my bedroom. I currently use a PS3 in the living room to receive streams with great success, but don't want to spring for another PS3. Anyone have an opinion on the XBOX 360 as a media center extender or any of the wireless ones by Linksys, D-Link, Netgear, etc.?

Are you looking to watch content from the PS3 on another TV?

You want to take the hdmi output turn it wireless and then receive it at another tv?

If that is the case it is cheaper to buy another ps3 hdmi to wireless is expensive and kind of a flaky technology still

No I'm looking for something to receive the stream from my PC on another TV.

Xbox works very well as a MCE. However, I wouldn't use it over wireless.

Newegg.com - Powerline, Powerline Adapter, Ethernet Bridge, USB Powerline Adapter, Powerline Networking Kit, Powerline Ethernet Adapter

Look at those devices the powerline ethernet setup is much more reliable than wireless.

    What about something like this?

    D-Link MediaLounge DSM-520 Wireless HD Media Player - DSM-520 - Buy.com

I went the other way where I went from my Directv receiver to my PC using Slingbox but it sounds like you want to do the opposite.
