    Question Steak

    I just had steak for lunch and thought i would ask. What's your favorite steak, how do you like it cooked, and what goes best with steak?

    I like T-Bone Medium rare with potatoes on the side.

    New york Strip-medium rare. grill-baked potato with a little butter and jalapeno inside. little salad.

    Rib eye, medium rare/bloody, with a pepper blend dry-rub.

    With grilled onions, grilled aspargus, cornbread, pasta salad, fruit...

    ...and ice cold beer.

    Filet/Tenderloin tartare or rare at the most.

    A good, rare, NY Strip isn't too bad either.

    New York Strip.....8 or 10 ounce, medium rare to medium, with Famous Dave's steak and burger seasoning and Montreal Steak seasoning.

    That's all I put on my steaks when I'm grilling these days. Sear a little bit onto the outside in a frying pan, then onto the grill.

    for those looking for a great cheap steak, my butcher hooked me up with what is know as a chuck eye. i like them a lot more than rib eyes. only problem with them is that they tend to fall apart on the grill
