    Jump Manual

    Has anyone else heard of this or used this or do you know someone who has? did it work? how well?
    I'm trying to decide if I want to buy this or not, i have been using jumpsole workouts, but i want a bigger increase in my vertical, any help would be great

    I just scanned the slides and there is nothing in there that you can't get from any decent trainer. Vertical comes from plyometric exercises and of course the diet to help build muscle and help them recover.
