    Too High for UConn

    This Husky blogger is looking ahead to the 2010 big dance. For what its worth, this opinion is that UConn will be a#1 seed and Iowa State will be hosting and better than an 8/9 seed. Do I share that confidence???

    nice respect, but a 8 or 9 seed isn't out of the question next year. 29th-36th is what many are expecting out of ISU next year.

    I hope for better things, but a lot hinges on the play of freshmen.

    I agree that an 8/9 is quite possible if the newcomers come ready to play. Also keep in mind that as a host our seed is more likely to get yanked around to fit in the big seeding jigsaw puzzle, so we could end up with a 9 seed even if we deserve a 10 or 11.
