    Sham Wow = Scam Wow

I recently recieved a set of Sham Wows as a gift. Not only does Vince not know how to treat a lady, he is a lying POC. Take your $20 and buy a couple of chamois. They are just like any other rag. Nothing special.

I'm a car freak that has tried about everything. Some microfiber's are good but I still go back to the cheap ol' Absorber that you can get about anywhere. The key is to get the car completely clean so that you don't get dirt/grime on the absorber. If you do get it dirty, spray it off.

The absorber is more of a rubber like product. The cloth ones don't work as well.

Re: Sham Wow = Scam Wow

Color me surprised. Anytime anyone is screeming about how great their product is, it is pretty much a lock that it is not. I had to throw a Kirby vacuum salesman out of the house the other day. He wouldn't shut up and leave until I started to call the police. Not that the Kirby is bad, but I could buy 5 vacuums that work better for the $2000 he was looking for.

Unfortunately the Billy Mays school of salesmanship is being employed by too many people.

Agreed. If your product is good enough, you don't need to run infomercials.

And as such, you can find Oxi-clean in almost any store now (or at least in various cleaning products that now feature Oxi-clean)...

I'm having issues with the X-Ray glasses I ordered as well. Can't really endorse them.
