    The good malls in town are GG, the ****** one's owner is still in the black. I guess if you dont put any money into your product you dont have this problem! I hope they reorganize successfully. Now that I have young kids I'm loving the mall parks

    Exactly. It sucks for a company to have to go in to Chapter 11 but that happens when you grow your company at a rate that it can't survive a recession.

    Plenty of companies have eventually come out of Chapter 11 and done good things.
