What is your reason for putting Roby so far down the list? He is clearly a very good player. In fact, at one point in the season Chris Piper was talking about him being a dark horse Big 12 MVP candidate.

Like i said in the 1st post, i have some prejudices against some players (obviously roby). I believe he is one-dimensional and will not be a consistent player in the NBA and i believe he will end up in the NBDL.

Although 999 may be a little brutal, i just trying to make a point.

I have never been impressed with Roby, the kid needs to know there is more than scoring.

I agree that he's not all he's been cracked up to be, but I don't think that being 'one dimensional' is always such a horrible thing. Agreed, you have to have dimensions, but JJ Reddick and Adam Morrison are big scorers that often get flustered and burnt on defense. Not at all trying to compare Roby's talent to theirs by any means, but just as an example of what being more one-dimensional can get you. (assuming you are surrounded by other good players, which Roby hasn't been.) Thoughts?

I think the term "one dimensional" is way overused. For example, I have seen in many of the Reggie Evans posts comparing him to Dennis Rodman, that Rodman was called one dimensional. We certainly know him as a rebounder, but he was on the all NBA Defensive 1st Team 7 times and Defensive MVP twice, but because he was so good at rebounding, he is called one dimensional. Was Jake one dimensional as a 3 pt shooter? I know he was a liability at times on defense, no denying that.

Re: Best NBA Prospects in the Big 12

I think Roby still has a lot of room to grow and has great NBA potential. He seemed to have some damn good games against our "NBA" backcourt of Stinson and Blalock. If he stays at CU next year their is going to be a lot of weight on his shoulders with them losing 10 seniors.
