New ESPN interview of Baylor's Robert Griffin

Feldman: Q&A with Robert Griffin - ESPN

Since you will finally get the chance to see Griffin in person in Ames this Fall thought you might enjoy reading this.

If you want to see him up close and meet him come to the Drake Relays in about a month.

Surprised he's still running and not focusing everything on football. That's where his future is.

Option QB's don't have much of a future in the NFL though. Regardless he's one of the premier athletes in any sport and if he's a good enough hurdler he'll get paid to play some day. Seems like a good kid too, best of luck to him.

I think he's better than an option QB. He's smart, doesn't make many mistakes, and can make plays on the run. Plus, he's got size. I love the kid.

I was amazed at the kid's accuracy to be honest.

Yeah. The first TD they scored against us last year, he was getting sacked by Kurtis Taylor and just heaved an absolute ******* prayer, and of course a double covered WR caught it w/1 foot in bounds as he fell out the back of the endzone. It was a nearly impossible play made to look easy...

I believe he won the Forde Yard Dash's competition for the last starting quarterback to throw an interception during the season, on ESPN.com.

That being said...(directed to the initial poster) he's a Baylor player, this is an Iowa State message board. Put two and two together.

I think I'm going to go to the Baylor board and talk about Brackins since they will finally see him in person next season.

Uh, I think they saw plenty of him in person last year.
