They've been wearing those the last week or 2 in Miami, I saw 2 weeks ago Spurs @ Mavs and their jerseys said; El Spurs, and El Mavs. What is this the Mexican Basketball Association?

    Re: El Heat?

The NBA does Latino fan appreciation nights occasionally in metro areas with large latino populations. Miami, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, and Los Angeles are a few that I am aware of. Started doing it about 3 years ago, I think.

Well, considering the way the Mavs have been playing this year, wouldn't it be more appropriate to call them the "Las Mavs?"
