    Big 12 First Team

I know that the team doesnt have to make sense in the fact that all the players could actually work together but... with Brackins, Griffen and Aldrich i'm kind of wondering who they will pick to be the 3 man

IMO- even though Craig might be a better pro than Aldrich....Aldrich should be on the first team and Craig on the second team. To me, the first team should be the best players on the best teams.

    Re: Big 12 First Team

i dont watch a ton of basketball but i didnt see anyone who is a first-team 3-player so i though that they would take all three of best bigs (CB, CA, BG) and say that one of them plays the three

Since they don't literally field a team, they'll likely pick a squad that wouldn't really play in a real-life lineup. I wouldn't be surprised to see four bigs (CB, CA, BG, and DeMarre Carroll from Mizzou) on the 1st team.

If they wanted to pick one at each position, James Anderson would be my 1st-teamer at the 3 spot; Willie Warren or AJ Abrams would be my pick at the 2 spot.

It's mildly interesting that Craig wasn't a unanimous selection.

what? I know it is your opinion but I disagree. The most talented and productive players in the conference should have a shot at the first team. So do you think Troy Davis should be second team all Big 12 tailback because he was on a team with Div. 1AA talent that didn't win very many games?

    Re: Big 12 First Team

Cole Aldrich is a poor mans Eric Montross, at least in terms of NBA potential. He'll have to be one hell of a rebounder or defender to sniff the floor.
