Pollard has to work w/ the Big 12 to get rid of these lousy TV packages

The Big 12 TV package is terrible compared to the Big 10 and other conferences. And basketball is just as bad. I have been a Direct TV subscriber w/ the ESPN Full Court package since 2000 - now 7 seaons. I live in New Jersey and 1) Full Court does not have our game ($129 value) 2) It is "blacked out" in my region on Fox Sports Net (another $12/mo value), and 3) when you try to view it on the free link on ESPN Full Court Online you get a pop up that says "can't find your pay per view link." But you can view the other games that are actually on Full Court tonight.

Yet I can get the Squawks on not one, but two channels -- Full Court and Yes Network, plus the Full Court Online. 3 friggin places to watch the Squawks and I'm stuck listening on Yahoo Sports. At least that's only a $5 value. Good grief. Everyone in the Big 12 office associated with these TV contracts should be fired at 9pm EST -- in 4 minutes. Give them 4 minutes to gather their personal belongings.

I sent pollard an e-mail and said my National Cyclone Club check is going to bounce. My point is don't put it on the ISU site that ESPN Full Court will provide coverage when they are not!!!! Confirm that the ESPN will provide coveage.............just pisses us all off

Re: Pollard has to work w/ the Big 12 to get rid of these lousy TV packages

I have Full Court, Fox Sports, CSTV Internet Pkg, and Clone Zone...and I have to go to Husker Radio to listen to my friend (Mac's) games...

Only have spent around 4-500 for all those pkgs....?

Hell I'll just drive over it's cheaper...7 hours each way

Did you get it to work? If not just throw on a little "Elderly woman standing behind a counter in a small town". That or some Arrested Development.

Re: Pollard has to work w/ the Big 12 to get rid of these lousy TV packages

Fox in Omaha showed the whole telecast - just had to turn off the nebraska announcers and tune in Clone radio. The Nebraska announcers were surprised Doc Sadler lost. Six or more wins and we are NIT or better. Kansas is whipping Okie state 53-36. Eddie Sutton as guest looks like he is in torture while his boy fumbles the game.
