Question What are the two top things???

YOU would like to see improved in this years 2009 Football season for the Cyclones?

    1. Id like to see major improvment in our running backs.
    2. Id also like to see our DL to make a huge improvment on the run AND qb pressure.

Agree with the 11am part, but totally disagree with the Thursday game. I love that game. We get football a couple of days early, take a half-day off from work to tailgate, and still have the 3day Labor Day weekend opened up for travel.

Oh yeah, ditto on less sucking

Re: What are the two top things???

Personally, i cannot narrow my list to two items. I cannot say this one is more important then another - our team was not well coached last year and performed BADLY.

So my top two would be somewhere in here:
    Offense - Consistency.
QB - needs to be able to go to a second read if first is covered.
RB - needs to stay on their feet after a shoulder or arm hits them.
WR - need to make plays. This group has speed and size to be weapons - but will they evolve?
TE - Improve blocking and attacking seams of defense.
Oline needs to get nasty and start beating some people when they get off the bus.

    Defense - Tackling and Schemes.
DL - Need to get bigger, stronger, faster to be effective. This unit needs a lil nasty too...
LB - Speed, Quicker play recognition, better coverage drops.
DB - tighter coverages in general.
    S - MAKE PLAYS!!!!

    Special Teams
    Consistency!!!!

Coaches - understanding the game (if its third and three - lets not drop our corners off)
    Schemes.
Understanding your personnel and utilizing them to our best advantage.
Dictate the tempo both offensive and defensive.
Attack - both sides of the ball.

We fix these and we will win games!!!!!
