I don't care about the NBA, but the only time I hear this guys name is to tell me that he's injured.

I'm surprised a 52 year old can play in the NBA at all.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he looks like an old man.

    Re: Greg Oden

I went to the T-Wolves/Trailblazers game last Friday. No Oden. Not surprised.

(For the record, think about how good the Blazers would be right now with Durant.)

Oden needed a shave when he was in the nursery.

    Re: Greg Oden

I said when he was drafted that he'd be the biggest bust and so far that is true. He has the size necessary and a lot of skill, but it's the kind of skill that can dominate in college, not necessary Shaq-esque at the NBA level.

With a game that is all about running, slashing and up-temp.... Oden just isn't fast enough or able to play enough minutes to be a dominate center in today's game.

All the critics still say he has the potential to be far better than Durant for the long-term, I just don't agree at all.

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

They have to say that to cover themselves for the opinions they shared, don't they?

So anyway, Greg Oden would put on a white tie and tails and walk his cobra through the park on a leash. He named the cobra Beverly, and he taught it how to fetch and dial a phone. But then one day it bit the maid. So with tears in his eyes, Greg Oden had to shoot the maid.

    Re: Greg Oden

Did I ever tell you about the time Greg Oden and I went horseback riding, but there weren't any horses around? Anyway, Oden throws a saddle on my back and rides me around Wyoming for three days. Well, wouldn't ya know it, my stamina increased with each day, and I develop tremendous leg muscles. So anyway, Oden decides to enter me into the Breeders Cup under the name Turkish Delight. And I'm running in second place, and I'm running, and I break my ankle. So anyway, they're about to shoot me. Then someone from the crowd yells out, God bless him, Don't shoot him, hes a human.
