    Re: Yancy McKnight, S&C Article

He sounds like a guy that has a lot of passion for what he is doing. I am expecting him to do great things here.

All I ask is that he do his job--the players are both stronger, and in better condition. No more beachball guts.

Sounds good, but Cyclones.com needs to proof read before they submit these releases. I saw two mistakes and didn't read it all.

Whoever that was doing bench looked like he was gonna crack his sternum. Bringing the bar down way too hard on his chest. I know they are going for explosive movements, but control down and explode up.

    Re: Yancy McKnight, S&C Article

What i'm excited about is in the article McKnight states that the offense needs to be prepared for a 8-10 play drive in 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.....

    I love that tempo!!!!!

Heck sometimes when we got inside the redzone we would exhaust half the time that Hermans looking at just getting a play called and then call a timeout because we were not properly prepared!!!!

    Yes sir, i'm excited!!!!!
