Re: We all say Morgan='s bad coach, his teams did well at Kansas

I would take Dr Doolittle over Morgan any day, end of story.

P.S. Can we please move on from DMac and Morgan? I realize some didn't want them fired but it's long over and people need to move on. Just as you had to learn to look for ladies instead of a magazine and a sock, you need to learn to support a new coach and team.

Morgan wasn't a very good coach.

He was an amazing recruiter. So good i think that he would have Harrison Barnes commited already.

But I agree with Jeremy that we need to move on.

Actually we wouldn't have any scholarships for Barnes or anybody else because we'd be on suspension by the NCAA.

Wayne's team had more athleticism which matches up well with high talent on KU...

My freakin god do we have to keep bringing out Morgan? Wayne isn't our coach, and will NEVER AGAIN be our coach. Ever. What his teams did at Kansas means absolute JACK. He's gone. LONG LONG GONE.

    End...of...rant.

I also must say, it has to be painfully obvious to Morgan defenders that he is a terrible coach when absolutely nobody is giving him offers even three years down the road. When you leave Big 12 Head Coaching and start installing cable boxes, you know you were not good at what you were doing.

Note - nothing against DTV installers in any way, shape or form - just saying it's not quite B12 coaching.

Why does everybody say this? It seems incredibly presumptuous.

Because we were already very close and there were a lot of things really wrong behind the scenes. Without getting into it again, it was not a good time for the program and it's a part of the reason we're still struggling to get out of that big whole.

And I think this is why the fan base is so split. Because some would take Bullwinkle over what we have now.

BUT, is Bullwinkle really all that without the Rocky the flying squirrel next to him?

I don't think so. Without Rocky, Bullwinkle would have been mounted on a wall in episode 1.
