This definitely changes things for KSU.

Huggybear's first reaction was-- "It's probably for the best- he'll have more time to study now and be my first KSU player to actually graduate".

haha. Bill Walker graduate? He's only at KSU because he's not allowed to play with Mayo anymore. If it was his choice, he'd be in the NBA as we speak.

He may regain the season of eligibility.

Heh, if Bill Walker uses more than 2 years of eligibility ever I'll jump in Lake LaVerne naked. In the few times I saw him play he looked like he would be in the NBA as soon as it was legal to draft him.

Re: K-State's Bill Walker possible torn ACL

It is being reported as official.

    http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansascity/16412578.htm

Walker suffered a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. Surgery has not been scheduled, but will happen within the next seven to 14 days. That will be followed by six to eight months of rehabilitation.
