What does everyone do for winter grilling?

How do you get your steak and burger fix in the winter? I tend to use the George Foreman but need some more ideas. Love grilling and want to do it as much as possible during the winter. What do you all do?

Photo of my keg grill I made. It misses Cyclone football, football saturday.

I just have a little gas grill, so it's easy to set it by my open garage door and just grill in the garage. I usually only do it a few times each winter, when the temp is at least 20 or so.

I either use a grill pan or use an iron skillet for a sear and broil combo...

We use the broiler - it's not as good, but it gives me an excuse to stand around, check the steak and flip it every once in a while. Plus the wife thinks I'm cooking.

I still grill when it's -1F out... It just takes a lot of charcoal that way, but I get my fix.

Here's a way to a GREAT steak. Preheat your broiler, Heat up an iron skillet on High with just a touch of EVOO, Season with salt and pepper. Put the steak on the skillet and press down with spatula or grill irons, searing each side for 60 seconds, then immediately put under the broiler for five minutes each side... Done in 11 minutes and tastes great!

Do you just use the same pan and go from the stove to the oven?

I won't do it in extreme cold weather but around the freezing mark or warmer I can live with that.

Put the grill by the back door and grill

Yes... You could probably do it with a roasting pan too but it just wouldn't be the same... And don't close the door all the way either...
