    Hoiberg Talks Up Doc Sadler

This isnt a big deal, but it bothers me that i here The Mayor talking up Nebraskas coach and not talking about our coach. He was at the Nebraska-Texas game scouting and was interviewed by The Omaha World Herald after the game. He didnt say much, but he basically just said how good of a coach Doc Sadler is.

Sorry, I don't have a link to the story

SeattleClone and clones_jer truly have brought good points to this discussion.

On a side note, I'm impressed with what they've shown at times this year. They look like a bubblicious team, which ain't half bad for what they are and what they got.

Sadler has actually beaten a ranked opponent. What has McD done to earn Hoiberg's praise?

Freddy work for a NBA team still right? And isn't his job to help find/get players to make his NBA team better? Not sure how this is a slap in the face of ISU.

Maybe it's because he called about the ISU job when Wayne was fired and JP told him in not so many words, "don't waste your time."

It would bug me that the state of our program is such that there's not much good to say about it.
Doesn't bug me that Hoiberg has something nice to say about another coach

Re: Hoiberg Talks Up Doc Sadler

Wouldn't he be there in a professional capacity for the T-Wolves? In that professional capacity, he's expected to have something polite/nice to say. If he's talking to a Nebraska paper, he's not going to say something like "some of these players would really be something without that idiot" or anything disrespectful.

No way this had anything to do with ISU. Fred's just a classy guy in a professional role, and Sadler is a pretty good coach.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
