    Kenny Pratt

Can't believe it but this guy is/was somehow an assistant coach: http://www.eastwest.edu/web/phan021125c.htm The article was dated 2002 but I don't see any new stuff on the website to see if he's still there.

After all his problems I'm amazed that anyone, even some small college would ever let this guy near a student-athlete.

    Re: Kenny Pratt

Kenny Pratt is not a coach there any more. We played them last year in a weekend double header. They do not run a very good program and their head coach definately lacks integrity, but thats just my experience with them.

    Re: Kenny Pratt

While he did have problems, he definately got "special" treatment by the police as alleged at the bar incident.

I know several people that worked there and were at the place when that situation went down, and according to them, what Kenny said about the arrest were not far from the truth.

I also played against him and some others on the team at the Rec a few times. He seemed like a well mannered guy on the court. He didn't do much though, just passed the ball and took a few lazy shots. Probably because the BB players weren't supposed to play there anyway.

Someone sure put a lot of thought in to the name but that would be a sweet location to attend college.

The college is not located in the best places. It is on the southside of Chicago and not to far from Kabrini(sp) Hill. There were gun towers on campus at night. That was probably the scariest part.
