If you base your team on purely Big 12 play, does he make it? Maybe it's an oversight, but right now Abrams is 18th in scoring in the Big 12. I think Byron Eaton is more deserving now...

I do think he does make it. He's the leader on one of the best teams in the nation (over 17 ppg). Does a lot more than what is shown in the box score..

Also, Abrams made All Big 12 2nd team and he's having a better year this year...

Eaton is the 4th leading scorer on an NCAA fringe team (13.9 ppg).... Get real..

You're stats are all wrong. Abrams is 7th in the Big XII in scoring, and 4th in 3 pointers.

He plays on Texas; He's in...

I also don't see how Higgins doesn't get on the 2nd team. He's scoring 17.6 ppg, 5.9 rpg, and 2.1 steals per game...

if you are going to say these guys belong, you have to tell us who doesnt belong then.... you cant have 10 different guys on all conference 2nd team... higgins is perhaps worthy of an honorable mention all conference

Eaton does a lot more than get points

    Eaton: 13.9 ppg, 5.8 apg, 3.4 rpg, 2.5 spg
    Abrams: 17.0 ppg, 1.6 apg, 2.4 rpg, 1.3 spg

other than averaging only 3 points more per game, AJ Abrams gets dominated statistically by Eaton. Eaton is one of the top defenders in the big XII

I could see Johnson or Warren getting it instead of Higgins or Roberson but based on what I've seen/heard, that's who I'd go with.

Also, Eaton is a good defender and I think he's a good player. He's just not going to get voted to the team. Maybe the all-defensive team or an honorable mention...

I'm lookin' at Big 12 games only. Abrams is 17th in scoring in league play, and his average is around 13/game. He had a good pre-conference, but he's been shut down (relatively) in the Big 12 play.
