Who? Marissa should coach somewhere, give her a chance.

Re: Todd Haley for the Chiefs head coach position?

I was listening to an ESPN or NFL.com interview (can't remember which site) in which he was asked about his desire to be a head coach. He mentioned that he was not thinking about that & even indicated that he wasn't sure if he was quite ready. He was enjoying his role as OC at this point. He said that it might be something he'd consider in the future. Now, I know that he is focused on the big game and what else are you going to say in his shoes - but I did not get the sense that he was interested in a HC gig at this stage in his career. BUT, you never know.

Utah Utes, Illinois Illini. The University of Pennsylvania thought about following this pattern by calling themselves the Pennsylvania Pencils. However, they were afraid their students would start chanting "We're No. 2"

If nothing else, the guy was exactly right about TO and Dallas - and got out of town at the right time. Not that a it would take a rocket scientist to predict that - but still.

Stop teasing me with the idea of Herm being gone. Has there been any reasonable evidence that this is going to happen? Nothing that I have seen...

Steve Czaban spoke to Herm Edwards this morning on Fox Sports Radio. Herm said he gets up in the morning and goes to work because no one has told him otherwise.
I'm not a Chiefs fan and really have no opinion at this point about Herm Edwards as a coach, but I always enjoy listening to him during interviews.

If he took the time to watch the news, read the papers or do a quick google search on his name - he'd find plenty of folks telling him not to go to work. ;)

Herm needs to take a hike. Pedestrian football stategy is a has been. They need new aggressive leadership. Now is the time. They were a joke last year losing several game sin the fourth quarter.
