How big of a problem is saggy pants?

There are some issues that are just bigger than the US Constitution according to the mayor of Jackson MS.

Mayor Frank Melton says that he plans on issuing an Executive Order to make saggy pants a crime even though he has been advised that such will violate the constitution.

If any issue - war, terrorism, economy, civil rights, abortion, flag burning - is bigger than the US Constitution, it is saggy pants.

Re: How big of a problem is saggy pants?

"I certainly respect the Constitution," Melton said, "but we have some issues that are much bigger than the Constitution."

Councilman Kenneth Stokes sponsored the saggy-pants ordinance. He said many of the young men who wear saggy pants also get in trouble at school or with police.

He said the ordinance was an attempt to "save all the children we can."
REALLY?! Baggy pants are causing the problem?

saggy pants are OK...as long as the person is OK living with a minimum wage job for the rest of their life.

Re: How big of a problem is saggy pants?

I guess I am an ol' fuddy duddy. I absolutely hate them, more power to them. I am sorry, but what is cool about having to hold up your pants with your hands while you walk. Seriously, girls cannot find that attractive. Its not just the baggy jeans now....it cracks me up to see the boys with the tight pants, so tight they can't pull them up over their rear, and have to walk around with a hand through a belt loop to keep them up.

this thread reminds me of the old saturday night live skit: oops I crapped my pants.

As far as depth goes though, the combination of White, Woodbury, Olaseni, Basabe, and Uthoff is much better than Niang, Ejim, Edozie, Gibson. Not because of the top 2, but because of the next 2 or 3. -DeanVogs
