I hope he can contribute as a freshman. I'm trying to temper my excitement, but with Chris and Gilstrap, we could be adding two of our biggest needs next year.

    Re: Chris Colvin.

People are probably getting sick of me posting this...but on Monday 1/19 Whitney Young is scheduled for an ESPNU game. You'll get to see Colvin live on the big stage.

ESPNU stuff is sometimes carried by ESPN360. 360 may be included with your highspeed internet?

    Re: Chris Colvin.

I think that host in the final video mixed up Hilton and Carver hawkeye.... (everything doesn't go "down" when you walk into Hilton... you can go up, you can go down, you have a choice in the matter)

seems like a great kid... can't wait to see him in the cardinal and gold

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

    Re: Chris Colvin.

I think the moderator referenced Carver-Hawkeye instead of Hilton. He referred to "walking in and it's all below you." Get it right people! Colvin seems like a good addition!

Whitney Young will be playing arguably the number 1 HS team in the US in Mater Dei from Cali. This should be a good game to see what Colvin can do. This isn't an easy task for them. They are good team but Mater Dei is a powerhouse.
